CONSIGNMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Collection from a Point of Sale:
Our point of sale is not open to the public, each order will be exclusively sent by pony express to the client’s address.
Orders’ delivery, consignments and insurance:
Burn Out Italy no longer accepts cash on delivery because of certain rather dishonest customers. Generally, all orders are processed within 48 hours. The purchased products will be delivered by pony express, during working days, to the address specified by the customer. Besides the products ordered, the consignment also contains the related accompanying invoice or receipt note for fiscal purposes. Costs related to forwarding charges are determined automatically during the order stage on the basis of the weight and volume of your order. We always advise you to buy more than one product at the time in order to save on the forwarding charges, in fact on every additional purchase you are entitled to a discount on the consignment.
In case of a non-collection of the consignment in stock at the courier’s warehouse because of the impossibility of delivering to the address mentioned by the Customer, the order will be sent back to Burn Out Italy and forwarding charges will be credited.
Estimated Delivery time
In every product page, you will se the estimated delivery time. (green text).
Estimated delivery time is 15 days within the European Country and 30 days rest of the world
