Details
N-Com Basic Kit 2 Intercom for N42/42E features:
Basic Kit2 is the basic equipment for use with the Bluetooth® Kit3 system. The helmet equipped with only the Basic Kit2 allows connections via cable to a mobile phone or to multimedia devices: Mp3 players, satellite navigators, GMRS and PMR radio for bike – to – bike communication. Alternatively, Basic Kit2 allows the wire intercom connection (through Intercom Wire) to a helmet equipped with a Bluetooth® Kit3.
For basic N-COM communication and audio, each helmet must be equipped with a Basic Kit.
It includes earphones, a microphone, and two short wires (that hang from the underside of the helmet, and allow you to plug in various devices).
The Basic Kit will permit you to listen to your music player, radar detector, GPS unit, etc., and talk on your cell phone, but you must control volume on the source device and answer the phone by pressing the controls on the phone.
For connecting to external audio and communications devices, a Multimedia Wire and/or Cell Phone Wire is needed.
Installs in minutes without any tools or modifications. For on-helmet volume adjustment and phone answering, E-Box Control and Pillion Communication Kits are available as well
